KanAm grundinvest Fonds – Unit price as of May 28, 2016

The decrease in the unit price of EUR 0.52 to EUR 30.81 is primarily due to adjustments to the market values of the E-Commerce Phase I and Phase II properties in Canada and the Domina Shopping Center in Riga, Latvia, after notice was given to terminate leases for significant amounts of space. In addition, marginal adjustments were made to the market values of two properties in Paris. Further details will be given in the next Quarterly Update as of June, 30 2016, which is scheduled for publication in July 2016.
