KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH hereby announces with extreme regret that notice of termination of the management of KanAm grundinvest Fonds effective December 31, 2016, has been given. The issue and redemption of units in KanAm grundinvest Fonds has been finally and irrevocably discontinued as of the notice of termination. As a result, KanAm grundinvest Fonds, which is currently holding assets worth round EUR 3.9 billion, will be liquidated and the proceeds paid out soonest possible to all investors. An initial payout in the amount of at least EUR 200 million (i.e., at least EUR 2.80 per unit) will be made at the beginning of Q2 2012.
